Katy Tur is a hack. I don't watch MSNBC before 4pm Eastern. You know it was her husband, Tony Dokoupil, who ambushed Ta-Nehisi Coates last year.

During the election cycle, the only channel we watched was MSNBC. After, we unplugged and now we either to select shows on Sirius or watch replays.

Anyway, I’m pretty sure I saw the segment on social media bc Galloway was crowing about how great the guy was. The way Tur was going on about him just drove me nuts. And yes, I know about her husband. I don’t believe I’ve ever seen anything like that before.

Yup, Keith Olberman spilled the Katy Tur beans on his Countdown podcast last year during the 2024 Election Season...she made friends with 'Rump sources when she traveled his 2016 campaign. It's why she ALWAYS goes easy on 'Rump/MAGA BS, and even Pelosi called her out on it live laat summer.

I mostly watch MSNBC via YT anymore - Maddow & Nicolle & Hayes (Velshi too) the rest are Bothsiding BS Artists that placate the weak Dem AIPAC Est., the biggest most destructive, DANGEROUS (I.C.E. ARMY 170BILLION funded WTF) Bill has been in play for weeks but the only thing they did for some GOOD NEWS vs. this war we are in - versus: MAGA, MEDIA, AND THE WEAK DEM BILLIONAIRE EST. - is to berate and trash Zohran Mamdani's AWESOME WIN vs Creepy Cuomo the Dem. Est backed candidate for NYC Mayor.

WE CANNOT LET THESE DEM EST. PRICKS TAKE AWAY OUR WORKING PEOPLE PARTY MOMENTUM.

Oh dear God! Galloway doesn’t know that DEI includes women, LGBTQ and all ethnic minorities? He thinks it’s just for Black people? What an idiot!

Galloway is a very intelligent person, who I happen to agree with 90% of the time. That is why his comments regarding DEI nearly made my head explode. 🤯

Oh, dear God...I used to work with those Academy boys... They think they know everything, and all they know they learn from others and then "own" it like they made it up. Sheesh. White boy so white.

This is so insulting it's not worth the time it took to tape it. Pfft. Media slunts.

I’d never heard of Andover until I worked with someone who went there (he is Black). His next school was Harvard.

It’s a pipeline for the “real” elite. I can’t recall a single kid I worked with who went there that I liked very much—there might have been one, perhaps, but that’s about it. Attitude sells well there. And the PARENTS. OMG!! Awful, awful creatures!!

You can spot the anti democracy folks on TV a mile away for the last ten years. Just looking for anything to change the subject to that is easy for the studio audience to understand because it sounds smart coming from them. p.s. It is faster to read the experts than to listen to "the talent."

Who is Zohran Mamdani whose whole campaign was affordability issues, chopped liver?

Jasmine Crockett is another fine example of why the Democrat party has become nothing more than annoying background noise. https://shorturl.at/zEC0q

The Harris campaign talked incessantly about abortion and LGBTQ rights because people who care about these things vote for Democrats, not because that was all they had to talk about. The problem was a) not getting their message out on Harris's economic proposals which were popular with the people who knew about them b) not having an overarching theme that connected all the different proposals c) possibly not having a candidate who was good at communicating with people without a college degree

The Dems did not let Rashida Tlaib - or any Palestinian elected official - speak at their convention. College students and Muslims stayed home. Harris muzzled Walz's "they're weird" rhetoric and changed course on going after CEOs. The Bernie voters stayed home. Right now, Zohran Mamdani is running as a Muslim with a populist economic message. And winning.

But I guess my point is made. For anyone who was paying attention Harris supports Israel and has for her whole career so clearly the campaign was not all woke social issues.

Clearly some of the Muslim voters in Michigan voted for Jill Stein rather than stay home.

That was an unforced error that they did not let a Palestinian speak. There were and are Palestinians who are in the Israeli peace camp still (affiliated with American Friends of Combatants for Peace among other organizations) and who would give as nonthreatening a speech as possible under the circumstances.
