If the Democrats win the White House and Senate there should be strong consideration to adding two seats to the Supreme Court. Currently 4 of the remaining eight judges were nominated by presidents who lost the popular vote, but won the election because of the electoral college. That implies that the highest court in the land does not reflect the will of the people. Adding two seats would give the court balance that better represents the country. I also think the filibuster should be eliminated since both parties seem to follow the rule that only the will of the majority is relevant.

100% agreed on getting rid of the filibuster and court packing. It's really hard to square the Supreme Court's role in upholding our democracy with decisions like Citizens United and removing key parts of the Voting Rights Act back in 2013.

My view is that, given the way McConnell held up Obama's judicial appointments for Trump's benefit, 'court-packing' has already occurred.
