I recently had a chance to talk with Kelle Rozell, founder and CEO of the

, a publication that uses data-driven research to inform Black consumers about which companies are most aligned with their values.

Rozell and I discussed various topics, including ways companies deal with political attacks on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programs, the effectiveness of boycotts, and which major corporations have delivered on their commitments to Black consumers.
